Our
staff consists of dedicated Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational
Nurses, Certified Home Health Aides, Certified Nurse Assistants
and experienced caregivers that assist clients and their families
to meet their personal and health care needs.
Each
caregiver is carefully screened through criminal background checks,
drug testing, physical exam, reference checks and competency evaluations.
Upon completion of the selection process, every caregiver is required
to undergo an in-depth orientation followed by monthly continuing
education with the curriculum approved and endorsed by the California
Department of Health Services.
